Job Context:
∎ RONGDHANU GROUP, A leading business conglomerate of the country, will hire “Trainer” who is highly expert in Yoga and Aerobics for its concern “Fit and Fitness Health Club” situated at Bashundhora, R/A, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct and lead Yoga and Aerobics classes.
∎ Visually assess students to determine their level of practice.
∎ Assist students to achieve precise alignment.
∎ Demonstrate practice and techniques.
∎ Possess the ability to move energy through the body.
∎ Transform energy during the warm-up, build-up and cool-down stages.
∎ Motivate students with words of encouragement.
∎ Connect with students during the yoga classes through fun, intelligent sequencing.
∎ Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.
∎ Tech and demonstrate use of gymnastic and training equipment such as trampolines and weights.
∎ Maintain fitness equipment.
∎ Other training recommendations to improve the practice of yoga.
∎ Engage in administrative duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
