প্রার্থীকে শ্রমভিত্তিক (Labour Category) বিভিন্ন ট্রেড/অকুপেশনে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদানের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে যেসব বিষয়ে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়ার অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে:
- Load & Unload Operations
- Office Facility Cleaner
- Barista
- Street Cleaner
- Plumber
এছাড়াও, সংশ্লিষ্ট ট্রেডে প্রশিক্ষণ পরিকল্পনা, তাত্ত্বিক ও ব্যবহারিক (Practical) ক্লাস পরিচালনা এবং প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের দক্ষতা মূল্যায়নের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
