Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: RHCSA,RHCSE,CCNA
∎ Training/Trade Course: Cloud Computing,Storage,Virtualization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and upgrading the Linux based system and application tools.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
∎ Prepare and Support development platform for application development teams.
∎ Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance.
∎ Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on server, and workstations. Escalate incidents as necessary
∎ Contacting OEM/vendor for technical support.
∎ Visit Client side inside and outside of Dhaka when necessary.
∎ Be available for on-call / on-site support as needed.
∎ Any task assigned by Supervisor & Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic knowledge in Linux system administration (Redhat/Ubuntu etc.).
∎ Knowledge in virtualization , storage administration and technology.
∎ Knowledge in Windows, Linux, Solaris operating system including Directory Service, Remote Desktop Services, Direct Access and High Availability, Backup System and related security.
∎ Basic knowledge in Routing & Switching.
∎ Ability to work to tight deadlines & under pressure.
∎ Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
∎ Good communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
