Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers, and negotiate to minimize price offers
∎ Purchase material as per requisition received from departments/units
∎ Prepare Request for Quotation - Comparative Statement (RFQ-CS) and make purchase order in ERP after approval of RFQ-CS
∎ Prepare bills, process bills properly and submit bills to billing department
∎ Prepare invoice in ERP and keep proper records in MIS and ERP
∎ Supervise overall vehicle maintenance and purchase vehicle spare parts with best price and quality
∎ Receive requisitions, samples, chalans, bills and so on

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 - 2 years in purchase, preferably in motor vehicle spare parts
