Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA
∎ Training/Trade Course: virtualization,Networking,Linux
∎ Skills Required: Cyber Security, Networking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Enterprise Campus Network with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, WLC and Network automation.
∎ Implement switching services like VLAN, Etherchannel, FHRP.
∎ Implement IPv4 and IPv6 network.
∎ Understand systems Services like DNS, DHCP, NTP, FTP, and Mail Server.
∎ Implement security services ACL, Port Security, DHCP Snooping, IPSec and GRE tunnel.
∎ Implement monitor and network analyzing tools like NMS, Syslog, Netflow
∎ Knowledge on virtualization administration and technology.
∎ Knowledge on Software-Defined Technologies(SD-A, SDN, and SD-WAN).
∎ Knowledge on Network Automation Technologies(Python, JSON, Ansible, NETCONF).
∎ Knowledge on Network Security(Firewall, IPS, NAC, ADC, Endpoint Security, AAA)
∎ Knowledge on Cyber Security.
∎ Service request management and nationwide support case handling.
∎ Visit Remote areas per month for Support Case handling.
∎ Take leadership of Work to complete the task.
∎ Be available for on-call support as needed.
∎ Maintenance of Enterprise/Service Provider network and suggest remedies and document the changes.
∎ Implement Enterprise Campus Network with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, WLC and Network automation.
∎ Maintenance of Enterprise/Service Provider network and suggest remedies and document the changes.
∎ Create required reports in response to business user needs.
∎ Evaluate and recommend security improvements and devices upgrades.
∎ Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.
∎ Install and upgrade Network Devices components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
∎ Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
∎ Good communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
∎ The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
∎ A willingness to keep up to date with developments in new technology.
∎ Any task assigned by Management/Supervisor.
∎ Should have good idea about documentation write-up.
∎ Contacting OEM/vendor for technical support.
∎ Time to time update on a Technical Support case.
∎ Working with OEM support team for Technical Issues.
