Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum CGPA 3.00 (out of 4.00)
∎ HSC (Science): Minimum GPA 4.00 (out of 5.00)
∎ SSC (Science): Minimum GPA 4.00 (out of 5.00)
∎ Skills Required: Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, Engineering Maintenance, Teamwork, The ability to work under pressure
Job Context:
∎ The US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. (USBA), the largest private airline in the country (having Dash 8, Q-400, ATR 72-600, Boeing 737-800 and Airbus 330 joining soon) will hire some self-motivated, intelligent Engineering graduates as Trainee Engineering Officer for its Engineering Department.
∎ US-Bangla Airlines will provide the opportunity to the Trainee Engineering Officer (TEO) for taking module examination for Aircraft Maintenance Licenses. Once they complete all modules and other necessary prerequisites of Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB), they will be placed for becoming Type Rated Engineer (TRE) on any specific type of Aircraft of the US-Bangla Airlines fleet.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out scheduled & non-scheduled maintenance tasks under the supervision of a senior staff
∎ Assist Type Rated Engineers (TRE) to complete the Pre Flight-Inspection (PFI) & Daily Inspection (DI)
∎ Assist TRE during flight departure & arrival for any engineering jobs
∎ Assist in the removal/installation process of components
∎ Assist in the maintenance and usage of tools and equipment as required by specific maintenance tasks and ensure same is cleaned and properly stowed and spares are returned to racks
∎ Complete jobs as per assigned Task Card
∎ Coordinate with Maintenance Control Center (MCC) & Production Planning and Control (PPC) for assigned job
∎ Any other maintenance-related job as & when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 24 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
∎ After obtaining Basic License salary will be Tk. 1,10,000/-
After becoming Type Rated Engineer (TRE) on any specific type of Aircraft of USBA fleet salary will be Tk. 2,00,000/-
