Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain and organize engineering-related files
∎ To assist the Head of Engineering in scheduling and various tasks
∎ To keep and inform vendors about quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS)
∎ To monitor and update essential requisitions
∎ To liaise with factory utility, maintenance, and workshop heads
∎ Communicating with vendors and stakeholders on behalf of the Head of Engineering
