Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, IPE, Mechanical, Cehmical, Lather Technology, CSE, Civil.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Completion of all the assigned tasks by the given deadline.
∎ • Assist to implement six sigma.
∎ • Review and submit reports about the progress of the implementation of Six Sigma.
∎ • Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
∎ • Working in posting department gaining practical experience in new work zones.
∎ • Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
∎ • Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ • Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate
∎ • Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
∎ • Attending meetings and workshops.
∎ • Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the trainee-ship.
∎ • Maintain Production/Operation planning & scheduling.
∎ • Supervise production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed the expected quality.
∎ • Establishing professional relationships with staff.
∎ • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 31000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
