Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, IPE, Mechanical, Cehmical, Lather Technology, CSE, Civil.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in production and development of products and process.
∎ Completion of all the assigned tasks by the given deadline.
∎ Participate to implement six sigma.
∎ Review and submit reports about the progress of the implementation of Six Sigma.
∎ Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
∎ Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
∎ Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate
∎ Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
∎ Attending meetings and workshops.
∎ Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the trainee-ship.
∎ Maintain Production/Operation planning & scheduling.
∎ Supervise production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed the expected quality.
∎ Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 31000 (Monthly)
∎ Job location will be factory.

∎ Mobile bill, Over time allowance

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Subsidized accommodation facilities will be provided.
