Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university/ Institution.
∎ Engineering degree, major in Mechanical or Diploma with very good experience in the relevant field may also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare yearly maintenance schedule for preventive , predictive & major shutdown.
∎ Execute Autonomous, Preventive & Predictive maintenance program on timely to improve equipment actual status.
∎ Analyze the condition base monitoring data ( vibration, temp etc.) .
∎ Prepare the environment related documents like Co2 emission data .
∎ Maintain & update material management system for spares, tools & equipment in sufficient quantity so to use and/or replace when required.
∎ Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of maintenance for all machines and equipment's .
∎ Use the ERP software /SAP related to maintenance Issue .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Conversant with Engineering & OSHAS related international standards & capability to work with those standard.
∎ Knowledge on SAP & AutoCAD will be preferred .
∎ Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
∎ Positive attitude, behavior & thinking.
∎ Proactive , self-starter & creative.
∎ Work under pressure & beyond the regular duty.
∎ Willing to stay company provided accommodation in around plant.
