Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound technical knowledge and basic know-how on diesel and gas generator engines.
∎ Theoretical knowledge about generator servicing and spare parts essentials.
∎ Strong communication skills to realize customer inquiries.
∎ Problem solving related to generator servicing and customer support.
∎ Cultivate a service-oriented mindset to strengthen customer relationships.
∎ Ability to generate leads for spare and service sales.
∎ Good presentation skills to demonstrate our product and services to the clients.
∎ Exhibit eagerness to learn and adaptability in various situations.
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email Outlook, and Internet tools.
∎ Establish and maintain customer relationships and build rapport effectively.
∎ Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Hard Working and self-motivated to achieve annual sales target.
∎ Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Be a team player.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
