∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from any public or reputed private university.
∎ Skilled in Auto CAD, Solid works & MS Office.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical system across plastic and packaging production units.
∎ Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for system integration.
∎ Assist in the design, installation, routine servicing of Industrial air conditioning systems.
∎ Utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to formulate/support in-novation.
∎ Review and update man to machine ratio.
∎ Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
∎ Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
∎ Focus on maximum automation and feasibility study.
∎ Develop standard SOP.
∎ Maintain checklist & do report to Senior Manager.
