Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve proper production knowledge within shortage time period.
∎ Achieve production target set by management with co-ordination of shift in-charge.
∎ Make Communication with furnace, rolling bay and finishing area personal for smooth operation during shift.
∎ Make planning for changing pass, guide, stand, bar grade with minimum time concerning with shift in-charge.
∎ Inspection of whole production line whether everything is functioning properly or not.
∎ Ensure best quality of finish product.
∎ Ensure a safe, sound and clean Mill working area.
∎ Ensure proper safety precautions for all people working under the supervision of shift in charge and will not allow any person in production floor without safety equipment's.
∎ Follow SOP, instruction and guidelines of process & operation strictly. Also should maintain proper documentation.
∎ Liable to do job that is assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills.
∎ Smart, energetic & hard working candidates are preferable.
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS Office & MS Excel.
∎ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
∎ Should be courageous, proactive, intelligent and vigilant.
∎ Be able to work in stressful situations.
