∎ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field,
∎ Post graduate degree in traffic engineering or transport planning.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in highway/junction traffic design, traffic forecasts and traffic management/operations of which should include at least 5 years' experience of traffic operations and management of highway. Sound knowledge of road safety requirements in a highway development project and work zone safety is required.
