Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and checking the monthly inquiries from the client.
∎ Analyzing the potential business after getting the inquiries from the client.
∎ After business confirmation from the client, preparing order confirmation with commission note to the manufacturer.
∎ Collect the PFI from the manufacturer and check thoroughly prior to submitting to the client.
∎ Follow up the L/C with the client and forward to the principal and if any justified correction is required, discuss with the team leader.
∎ Follow up the shipment (sea/air/road) after getting the final L/C within 15 working days.
∎ Collection of the draft shipping documents and properly checking all the documents. If any correction is required, discuss with the team leader.
∎ Ensuring timely shipment and build strong relationship with the existing clients by providing timely information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
