∎ Key Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop master plans, subdivision plans, road and traffic systems, GAS, electric, water, sewerage, and drainage networks.
∎ • Develop GIS and CAD-based layout designs of horizontal and vertical infrastructure; develop land information and management systems.
∎ • Coordinate GPS, Total Station Survey, CAD and GIS-based mapping, Data automation, and Geo database creation, Spatial and 3D analysis for the location of different land uses, Utilities, and networking mapping by GIS platform, Urban Design, and Land Scrapping.
∎ • Utilize a range of equipment to conduct surveys, including GPS, Total Station, and conventional methods.
∎ • Lead the land survey team to conduct topographic surveys, earth cutting and filling tasks, area demarcation, and site preparation for project implementation.
∎ • Responsible for reporting and presentation through GIS, CAD, and 3D modeling to higher authorities to track project progress.
∎ • Arrange to collect Approval of Estate Clearance, LUC (Land Use Clearance) / TP (Town Planning Clearance), Special Project Permission (SPP), Unification (Housing Land or Govt. Plot), and Plan Approval.
∎ • Liaison with all parties concerned with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, etc.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ • Expertise in Town Planning and Urban Design
∎ • Expertise in Land Information and Management System (LIMS) and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS)
∎ • Familiarity with Total Station, GPS, Auto level
∎ • Competence in Geomantic CADD
∎ • Enlisted Urban Planner by RAJUK
∎ • Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) Enlisted
∎
∎ Education:
∎ • Master of Urban and Regional Planning.
∎ • Bachelor of Urban and Rural Planning.
∎
∎ Skills:
∎ • Proficient in Autodesk, AutoCAD LT, 3Ds max, AutoCAD Map3D, AutoCAD Civil 3D.
∎ • Experience with equipment such as Total Station, Hand GPS, Auto level, Tab (map apps), etc.
∎ Experience: Over 10 years
