Job Responsibilities:

∎ Conducting research and analyses to identify trends and issues affecting a community.
∎ Determine project viability.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive plans for various aspects of community development.
∎ Planning for new housing and commercial developments.
∎ Outline the project's goals, highlight the predicted advantages and analyze possible disadvantages.
∎ Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of planning initiatives.
∎ designing urban spaces to meet community needs.
∎ checking whether planning laws are being met.
∎ advising on urban regeneration projects.
∎ writing policies on land use and community needs.
