∎ Experience with BSP/IATA related operations is plus point.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Oversee the development and execution of travel packages and services.
∎ Build strong client relationships, understanding and exceeding their travel needs.
∎ Secure best-value deals through effective negotiation with airlines and hotels.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS, Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, Hotel Bookings and modifications of reservations.
∎ Provide proper counseling directly, over the phone, and virtual counseling.
∎ Co-ordinating and resolving Issues like Ticket re-route,re-Schedule, Re-Issue, Refund Etc.
∎ Expert for Client handling face-to-face.
∎ Must have experience in talking with customers about tour package and visa-related issues.
∎ Have update knowledge about international tour package.
