Responsibilities & Context:
R.I.M GLOBAL TOILETRIES is a fast-growing Toiletries manufacturing company. We are looking for an experienced Toothpaste Chemist who is expert in both Gel and White Toothpaste formulation to lead our Toothpaste production and R&D section.
Develop, improve and create new formulations for Gel Toothpaste and White Toothpaste as per market demand.
Ensure product stability, quality, taste, color and BSTI standard compliance.
Select and approve all raw materials and packaging materials through lab tests and trials.
Provide full technical support to production team and solve any formulation or process-related problems.
Conduct process validation and optimization to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.
Maintain proper documentation of all formulas, lab tests, and quality reports.
Research new ingredients and develop cost-effective and innovative toothpaste products.
Work closely with QA, Production and Supply Chain team to ensure smooth manufacturing.
