Responsibilities & Context:
∎ There is one job vacancy. Responsibilities include implementing effective reservation, ticketing, visa, and sales processes using creative products and marketing policies. Additional responsibilities include:-
∎ Informing top management on the objectives for reservation, ticketing, visa, and sales.
∎ - Professionally cultivating client contacts with relevant entities of interest.
∎ - Conducting Tele Sales and Customer Surveys while dealing with linked customers.
∎ - Responding to emails regarding issues, reissues, and refunds.
∎ - Updating Database.
∎ Employment Status: Full-TimeAdditional Requirements:
∎ - Experience: Two years of experience.
∎ - Maximum age of 35 years.- Sound knowledgeable about issuing tickets, hotels/packages, or both.
∎ - Should have knowledge of the reservation system.
∎ - Computer literacy and fluency in English are expected.
