Specific responsibilities include tender preparation, submission and sales (build tender pipeline), analyzing methodologies and suggest winning strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support management in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, and related activities in tender sales.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers and push for sale.
∎ Gather Market Intelligence and prepare penetration strategy.
∎ Ensure tender sales pipeline is healthy and generate sales.
∎ Keep Track of upcoming and ongoing relevant tender notices and inform supervisor.
∎ Provide all relevant details information required for tender documentation.
∎ Use the templates or formats provided for tender.
∎ Prepare and review tender document and submit on time.
∎ Structure the tender document clearly.
∎ Follow up of all tenders after submission.
∎ Prepare monthly status report for all tenders indicating reasons win vs loss.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 2-4 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in government tendering preferred.
∎ Business communication skill in both Bangla & English.
∎ Excellent Analytical skill.
∎ Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
∎ Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure & meet deadline.
