Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing customers during night shifts (6:40 pm- 4:00 am)
∎ Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with the callers.
∎ Demonstrate excellent sales and persuasive skills to promote and sell our products.
∎ Explain our products clearly to the customer and answer any questions or objections they may have.
∎ Follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Record and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
∎ Job Context
∎ We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic sales representative to join our night shift team. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products, and closing sales. You will also provide excellent customer service and follow up with the customers after the sale.
∎ Job Responsibilities
