∎ 1. Currently enrolled in a university or pursuing a bachelor's degree program (or equivalent work experience)
∎ 2. Previous customer service experience will be preferred.
∎ 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns.
∎ 5. Proficiency in using customer service tools.
∎ 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
∎ 7. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
∎ 8. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
∎ 9. Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining contact with customers regularly through call,email,sms.
∎ Handling customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within a timely manner.
∎ Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
∎ Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
∎ Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels.
∎ Assisting in maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
∎ Contribution to the improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
