∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates will have to make calls and lead generation.
∎ Candidates can do this works from her home if she want or our office.
∎ Maintain necessary customer contact cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
∎ Ability to handle clients and customers in a good manner.
∎ Data entry & reporting expert.
∎ Inform customers about products and Clients about services.
∎ Fluent in English will be better attraction.
∎ Attracts potential clients by answering service related questions; suggesting information about our services.
∎ Open customer accounts by recording account information.
∎ Maintain client records by updating account information.
∎ Responds to clients and customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
∎ Analysis customer queries to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Motivate the clients and maintain good relationship with them.
∎ Giving proper and detailed service information to clients over phone call.
∎ Achieve target to retain company's goal.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to full fill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients using software.
∎ To achieve sales target weekly/monthly/daily basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Be a cheerful and motivated person.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Having a strong Sales skill.
∎ Be hard working with can do attitude.
∎ Need to have basic computer skill

Salary:
∎ Tk. 1500 - 3000 (Monthly)
∎ Get good commission for every package sales by phone call.It`s a Part Time job with 2 shifts (Morning and Evening). Candidates can select a shift of them.Candidates can do this job from their home if she want.
