∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer support, or a similar role
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus)
∎ Good command of social media messaging tools (Meta Business Suite, Messenger, Whatsapp)
∎ Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric mindset Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheet experience is a plus)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
∎ Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information Manage customer inquiries through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
∎ Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions
∎ Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
∎ Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
∎ Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, managing social media inquiries, and providing exceptional client support.
