∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, managing social media inquiries, and providing exceptional client support.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
∎ Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information Manage customer inquiries through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
∎ Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions
∎ Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
∎ Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
