Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to engage in sales activities or schedule appointments with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Required to make inbound or outbound calls.
∎ Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Go above and beyond to engage customers effectively.
∎ Demonstrate leadership skills to lead the team.
∎ Motivated to improve and contribute as a team player.
∎ Additional tasks will be assigned as needed.
∎ Perform statistical analysis and report to the Manager.
∎ Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
∎ Willingness to go the extra mile in actively engaging customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English is mandatory.
∎ Experience in B2B, B2C Cold Calling, Telemarketing in Any International Call Center will get higher priority.
∎ Prior experience in the telemarketing sector.
∎ Excellent presentation skills, including visual representation over Zoom or other platforms.
∎ Strong phone contact handling abilities and active listening skills.
∎ Customer-focused with the flexibility to respond to various personalities.
∎ Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
∎ Ability to assist clients in finding solutions to their issues.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 27000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
