Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Skype etc.
∎ Must have the ability on selling to company decision-makers and overcoming objections.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ International Call Center will get first priority
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Attendance bonus 3000 BDT plus Paid Vacation (After probation period-6month)
