Call Center, Fluent in speaking English, Outbound calls

Job Context:
∎ NIGHT SHIFT (Bangladesh Time 8:00PM to 5:00AM).
∎ Desktop / Laptop with GOOD configuration.
∎ Stable internet connection With Minimum 10 Mbps Speed.
∎ Noise Cancellation headset.
∎ Having Good Power Backup (In Case of Sudden Electric Surge).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ English Fluency is MUST.
∎ Previous working experience for Janitorial Campaign with Manual Calling highly preferable.
∎ MUST be able to meet Weekly and Monthly Sales Quota.
∎ Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Skype etc.
∎ Must have the ability on selling to company decision-makers and overcoming objections.
∎ Must be extremely professional and looking for an opportunity to maximize earning potential.
∎ Previous experience making a minimum number of dials per day a plus.
∎ Training (7 days) will be provided without fees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ International Call Center experienced candidates will get first priority.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per Company Policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
