∎ Stable internet connection With Minimum 15 Mbps Speed.
∎ Noise Cancellation headset.
∎ Proven success in outbound telemarketing experience is a plus.
∎ Must be extremely professional and looking for an opportunity to maximize earning potential.
∎ Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
∎ Previous experience making a minimum number of dials per day a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow the communication "script" while handling different topics.
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Receiving customers' inquiries and selling services/products over the telephone as per the instructions provided.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Teams, etc.
∎ Must have the ability to sell to company decision-makers and overcome objections.
