Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Use cold calling and other lead-generation activities to identify potential customers. .
∎ Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
∎ Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell.
∎ Identify and approach potential customers interested in our projects.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Conduct sales presentations and provide detailed information about our properties.
∎ Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
∎ Manage customer data and interactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
