Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates will have to make calls and e-mail marketing.
∎ Maintain necessary customer contact cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
∎ Ability to handle customers in a good manner.
∎ Data entry & reporting expert.
∎ Inform customers about products and services.
∎ Must be very FLUENT in English Speaking. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! You have to sale product or services over the phone TO Canadian or USA customers in ENGLISH and so your English should be very good)
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service related questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Open customer accounts by recording account information.
∎ Maintain customer records by updating account information.
∎ Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
∎ Analysis customer queries to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Motivate the clients and maintain good relationship with them.
∎ Giving proper and detailed product information to clients over phone.
∎ Achieve target to retain company's goal.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to full fill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients using software.
∎ To achieve sales target weekly/monthly/daily basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Telemarketing.
∎ Be a cheerful and motivated person.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Having a strong Sales skill.
∎ Be hard working with can do attitude.
∎ Need to have basic computer skill
