Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
∎ Reaching out to customers for different approaches that includes sales approaches.
∎ Ensure superior service level to all customers by effectively understanding the customers need/query and responding to it in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Accurately recording details of customer's information.
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
∎ Convincing and follow up ability.
∎ A positive attitude and Excellent communication skill.
∎ The ability to think on your feet.
∎ Ability to execute successfully in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, highly-regulated environment.
∎ Self-motivated and extreme control in over phone conversation.
∎ A target oriented person with the ability of creative thinking.
∎ Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
