∎ We are seeking, enthusiastic and experienced Tele Marketing/Sales Representative to join our team to sell our digital marketing services. As a Tele Marketing/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and closing deals with potential clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales or Customer Care/Support based on project you will be assigned to. (You have to sale product or services over the phone To USA, UK, Canadian, Australian customers in ENGLISH and so your English should be very good, We are looking for fluent English Speakers Only)
∎ Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling and email campaigns, the applicant should have excellent speaking power with clarity, maturity and persuasive skill to convince the client.
∎ Making outbound calls to prospective clients and introducing them to our products or services
∎ Providing information about the features and benefits of the products or services
∎ Understand client needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions including but not Limited to Website Development, Social Media management Services, SEO services, Video Editing Services, Graphics Designing Services, and SAAS tools subscription. (Proper training and Product/Service Manulas will be provided)
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. The job demands candidates that have patience and are very well mannered while speaking with clients over the telephone to provide customer support, customer retention, and develop customer relations.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
∎ Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Fluent English Speaking Skill, Computer skill, Data Entry, lead generation, Marketing, Microsoft Office Applications
∎ Experience in tele marketing/sales preferably in the Digital Marketing Industry
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Proficient in using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress (Proper Training will be provided)
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
∎ Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Salary:
∎ Salary: Tk. 15000 - 35000 (Monthly) (Negotiable according to experience)
