Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling and following up on customer leads
∎ Making, receiving and resolving phone calls to clients
∎ Creating proposals and sending them on WhatsApp or email
∎ Onboarding new clients and providing necessary guidance
∎ Maintain and monitor sales flow
∎ Collecting customer feedback and preparing regular reports
∎ Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
∎ Provide product/service information and assistance
∎ Operate the company's Facebook page and CRM App.
∎ Convince Customer for up-sale
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support by replying to social media messages & comments.
∎ Convert conversations into sales.
∎ Handling agency lead handling, sales negotiation and customer relationship building
