Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers.
∎ He/She will handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide information about our products and services, help customers place orders online.
∎ The ideal candidate has to be empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
∎ Assist customers with product selection, order placement, tracking, and returns.
∎ Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
∎ Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
∎ Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
∎ Contribute to team goals and maintain performance metrics.
