∎ Previous experience in telesales or call centers preferred.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and basic proficiency in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contacting new and existing customers via phone.
∎ Providing product and service information to engage potential customers.
∎ Closing sales and maintaining sales-related records.
∎ Answering customer queries and resolving any issues they may have.
∎ Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor.
