Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Expert to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telemarketing Expert (Female), you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services effectively. The ideal candidate will have a persuasive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products and services.
∎ Create and maintain a database of prospective clients for targeted sales.
∎ Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
∎ Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
∎ Respond to customer questions with accurate information.
∎ Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
∎ Record customer details and details of transactions.
∎ Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives.
∎ Achieve specified sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
∎ Handle customer objections and close sales proficiently.
∎ Maintain customer/potential customer databases.
∎ Follow up on initial contacts.
∎ Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts.
