Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Oxygen Plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day-to-day operation of the plant to support the plant on-stream, production and reliability targets.
∎ Troubleshoot equipment problems and engage appropriate resources to implement solutions.
∎ Maximize reliability and stay abreast of key threats to avoid unscheduled shutdowns.
∎ Ensure all changes and on proper monitoring of air separation units and reactions to equipment upsets.
∎ Ensure SOPs are used to start and stop major equipment and processes to prevent unnecessary process delays and to maintain operational consistency and reliability.
∎ Investigate equipment failures, determine root cause of failure, and recommend appropriate solutions to reduce re occurrence of/or eliminate cause of failure.
∎ Maintain safety and proper environment.
∎ Executing any function that may be assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience of a continuous process oxygen plant or managing in the industry gas industry.
∎ Experience working independently to troubleshoot, diagnose & solve issues with process and plant equipment; and to develop and rapidly implement corrective actions.
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

Salary:
