∎ B.Sc (Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering)
∎ BUET or any reputed public/ private university

Job Context:
∎ Company HR capacity : 30 employees
∎ Industry : Lube Oil
∎ Objective: Responsible for matching technical compatibility of all segment in support Sales Manager and Business Development In Charge. Experience in HFO based power plant lubricant sales and after sales service.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Sales Support for Industrial segment.
∎ Attend to all customer site
∎ Visit plants in operation or in progress
∎ Document sales order processes accurately: quotations, comparisons, sales proceeds
∎ Follow-up on pending quotations and leads
∎ Proactively support sales managers and sales team members where needed
∎ Collaborate with customers and finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments
∎ ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Assist managers and in Charge during customer and internal stakeholder visits
∎ Daily work/task reporting to Sales Manger
∎ Weekly report to In Charge , Business Development
∎ Ensure up-to-date customer database across industry
∎ Provision of company brochures, technical information leaflets, catalogues
∎ Document customer feedback and prepare clear & concise reports for the Technical Department
∎ Communicate comparison reports to customer query through In Charge, Business Development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and support in lubricant industry
∎ Technically-inclined, and analytical
∎ Fluent in both spoken & written English
∎ Meticulousness & attention to details
∎ PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS:
∎ Technically sound on power plant basic operation
∎ Able to work independently as well as in a team
∎ Proactive and result driven
