Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: EREBA Capsule Limited, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh
∎ Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution for encapsulation machines. Often Visiting clients to resolve technical issues. Quickly diagnose and rectify issues to ensure smooth production flow
∎ Investigate recurring technical issues and identify the root causes. Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce the likelihood of similar issues in the future
∎ Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and minimizing downtime. Suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies
∎ Offer guidance and training to junior engineers and production staff on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of capsule shell production equipment
∎ Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, maintenance schedules, and improvements. Prepare detailed reports for management regarding system performance, machine downtime, and process efficiency
∎ Work closely with R&D and QA teams to ensure that technical specifications are met and provide feedback for product development based on production
∎ Liaise with equipment suppliers and external service providers to ensure proper maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for manufacturing equipment
∎ Ensure all technical operations comply with regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and safety protocols. Regularly audit equipment for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance
