∎ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Chemistry.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in QA / R&D / Formulation in a reputed organization within the Personal Care / Relevant industry.
∎ Proven experience in developing and optimizing formulations for skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products.
∎ Strong knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, and fragrance compatibility in personal care formulations.
∎ Ability to work in a technical-commercial environment, supporting the sales team with formulation guidance.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and optimize formulations for personal care products using raw materials and fragrances.
∎ Conduct technical evaluations of raw materials and provide formulation recommendations to clients.
∎ Perform stability testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to offer technical support and solutions for clients.
∎ Collaborate with Suppliers & cross-functional teams.
∎ Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
∎ Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and innovative formulation techniques.
∎ Maintain detailed technical documentation and reports for QA, R&D, and formulation processes.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA), Research & Development (R&D), and Formulation in the Personal Care industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a reputed organization, hold a degree in Chemistry, and possess expertise in formulating personal care products such as skincare, haircare, cosmetics and fragrance.
