∎ 3-4 years of experience in product development, R&D, or formulation within the Home & Personal Care sector.
∎ Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and clients.
∎ Proficiency in lab equipment usage and formulation techniques.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
∎ Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product innovation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and formulate product prototypes for Home & Personal Care products based on client and market requirements.
∎ Communicate effectively with suppliers to source raw materials, gather specifications, and ensure quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with clients to present product concepts, gather feedback, and adjust formulations accordingly.
∎ Conduct lab tests and document product performance, stability, and safety assessments.
∎ Research new product trends, ingredients, and innovative solutions to enhance the product portfolio.
∎ Prepare technical data sheets, formulation guidelines, and product specifications.
∎ Maintain accurate records of formulations, lab testing results, and product samples.
∎ Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings and product presentations.
∎ Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all products comply with regulatory standards.
