Responsibilities & Context:
Physically fit to work in noisy, dusty construction sites to work 10-12 hours daily.
Have basic knowledge about 2D/3D drawings.
Technical understanding and experience of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
Sharp observation on quality of work and material, such as glass wrok, wood polishing, masonry wrok and structural metal fabrication.
At least having experience of 2-3 years managing multiple specialized wokers.
Enforcing daily work and updating work progress daily.
Ensuring the site work are not delayed and project is completed on time.
