Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Technical Office (Lift) at Economic Consortium Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator systems. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Elevator Installation: Oversee the installation of new elevators, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
∎ Lift Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
∎ Lift Service: Respond to service requests promptly, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs to maintain optimal elevator functionality.
∎ Safety Compliance: Ensure that all elevators under your supervision adhere to safety regulations and standards, and conduct safety training as required.
∎ Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, service, and installation activities for reference and compliance purposes.
∎ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technical and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of our facilities.
∎ Solve any elevator problem and take control measures accordingly.
∎ Attend and perform any type of complex mechanical and electrical work including modernization of elevators.
∎ Visit ongoing projects and improve the quality of lift services.
∎ Take the final measurements of the project, prepare the report, and present it to the Head of the department for approval.
∎ Provide proper advice over the phone for subordinates to perform any work and solve it by attending in person if necessary.
∎ Attend meetings with the sales team for technical briefings.
∎ Perform other duties as directed by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Possess good interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent in written and verbal communication.
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Sound in analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Good in time management.
∎ Self-motivated and self-managed.
∎ Effective prioritization and execution of tasks under pressure
