∎ Vendor Certification in IT and Project Management (PMP/ Prince2 Agile certification is preferred).

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead technical and functional aspects of financial consolidation and planning system to develop and deliver solutions for implementing different IT projects.
∎ Identify process improvement scope for existing process and propose for new process automation.
∎ Prepare user stories, use cases, business requirements specifications (BRS), requirement traceability matrix (RTM) and other functional documents for the FCPS implementation.
∎ Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎ Lead financial consolidation system and closing architecture design, implementation and development concepts, documentation and data modeling.
∎ Coordinate parent and subsidiary ledger mapping across the various countries' operative under different GAAP/IFRS and multiple source systems. Build integrity in the master chart of accounts.
∎ Drive Consolidating of reporting requirements of head office and SBI countries, notes to financial statements and ratios to be built in the FCPS applications.
∎ Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects requirements. Ensure technical and business analysis of software application implementation with the vendors.
∎ Manage ownership issue of the entire system integration and data exchange process from the source to target system. Design, develop and execute APIs and automation scripts using the necessary tools.
∎ Lead and coordinate the entire data migration process from the existing systems to the proposed solutions.
∎ Drive the system integration within the ERP modules and FCPS and lead user acceptance testing for the entire system.
∎ Coordinate training for the trainers, end user and prepare user manual.
∎ Identify and assemble risk management plans and work effort documents and follow project management standards to manage projects throughout the project lifecycles.
∎ Manage relationship with key stakeholders internally as well as interface with third-party contractors, partners, vendors, consultants etc.
∎ Keep an active watch on digital technologies available in the market that may improve the quality and efficiency of field operations, and product and service delivery.
∎ Bring together companies to design, develop, test and refine digital solutions supported under a structured environment and with ready to use tools.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience as techno functional lead role in financial reporting and consolidation Projects, month Closing process and EPM tool implementations (preferably Oracle FCCS and EPBCS).
∎ Clear and concise business requirements/specifications writing skills.
∎ Experience in software development and quality assurance.
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Experience in writing comprehensive test plans and test cases-white box and black box testing, automated testing tools etc.
∎ Strong technical skill on programming and working with mobile or website systems, security principles and script.
∎ Expert level software development and computer engineering skills for troubleshooting and fixing technical problems.
∎ Solid knowledge of EPM, ERP, SQL, Databases and API Development. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
∎ Manage multiple projects at once while still meeting deadlines and presenting innovative products.
