Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, or
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ After sales service will be prime responsibility.
∎ Assist the sales & marketing team to achieve company sales target.
∎ Total project planning (Work Schedule, Manpower, Equipment requirement etc.) before start of a new project.
∎ Coordination with concern person/ department for decision collection (as follows) and time to time passing instruction to the respective site engineers for execution.
∎ Monitoring the work progress and control the work schedule properly.
∎ Maintaining of individual files of individual clients of each project under his responsibilities and time to time follow up and decision passing to the site level.
∎ Quality control (check of strength of concrete, cement, workmanship of finishing works).
∎ Arrange/ call regular meeting in the project site office with respective clients.
∎ Instruction to site engineers for keeping proper record of works like block installation, mortar and others.
∎ Preparation of monthly progress report.
∎ Time to time reconciliation at site regarding materials consumption, site cleaning and site safety issues.
∎ Must work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 3 year(s) experience in concrete block sector for BSc in Civil.
∎ At least 3 to 5 year(s) experience in concrete block sector for Diploma in Civil.
∎ Must have required experience on block installation (Hollow Block, Concrete Brick, Uni-Paver, Rectangular and others concrete items).
∎ 3-5 Years (Candidate must have experience in real-estate industry).
∎ Innovative thinking processes and creative problem solving skills.
∎ Ability to do work on Microsoft Word & Excel
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ If any candidates have personal "Motor Bike" will get priority.
∎ Minimum 6 month to 1 year sales oriented experience.
