Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical from Public University/ UGC approved reputed private University
∎ (Diploma Engineers who further persuaded B.Sc. degree are strongly discouraged to apply)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise functions of the machineries, diagnose along with the plant engineers and suggests ways to improvement.
∎ To study, analysis and report to the MD on modification, additions and improvement of machineries for better output.
∎ To be responsible for providing expert technical advisory on machineries and production to the Managing Director.
∎ The role will also support the managing director in selecting new technology through study, comparison and discussions with the suppliers.
∎ Be a part of the testing team at plants
∎ Serves as liaison with suppliers and expatriate domain experts, participating in meetings to ensure management needs are met.
∎ To check daily reports sent from the different departments and discuss with the MD
∎ Follow up MD's direction towards factories on operation and machine maintenance in timely manner.
∎ Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to MD as and when required.
∎ To look after various suppliers' queries, meetings, relation development on behalf of top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good presentation skill and fluency in English is a must
