Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing business for Connell’s range of excipients and Pharma ingredients with finished formulation manufacturers in Bangladesh
∎ Capable to understand the functionalities of the various ingredients of the Connell portfolio and then to be able to position them in the customers’ upcoming or existing formulations based on highlighting the USP and overall performance superiority of these products
∎ Well versed with solid oral, liquid oral formulation process and chemistries and also have a sound understanding of typical and predictable problems in formulation whereby he/she can highlight the advantages with Connell’s ingredients
∎ Working in a team with sales so as to leverage on sales’ contacts and feedback to get involved in customers’ formulation projects and/or replacement projects
∎ Maintaining a list of all ongoing projects and track them at all times – pointing out areas of improvement / concern and at the same time demonstrating ongoing progress
∎ Responsible for continuously increasing the project pipeline for the Pharma ingredients that Connell offers and show a high success rate of commercializing such opportunities
∎ Solid R&D experience in formulating finished dosages and/or previous technical selling experience for Pharma ingredients
∎ Aware of related quality parameters, benchmarks and having good insight into excipient usage and challenges in the Pharmaceutical finished dosage manufacturing / formulating process.

∎ Strong communication skills – written, oral as well as virtual (presenting data online)
∎ Team player – demonstrated ability in working successfully with a team for specific projects
Salary: Negotiable
