Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Merchant Acquisition Specialist (MAS) deployment effectively in assigned territory.
∎ Plan effective market coverage with producer SR.
∎ Prepare journey plan for each Merchant Acquisition Specialist (MAS).
∎ Give and achieve daily activation target for all Merchant Acquisition Specialist (MAS).
∎ Make sure all apps are updated in each MAS platform.
∎ Collect retail data and plan from assigned producer and market.
∎ Report daily performance to Head of Department.
∎ Proper implementation of CRM App.
∎ Create good report with retail, trade and in market.
∎ Negotiate with stakeholders like distributor or producer sales team for agreed deadlines.
∎ Give market insights to line managers and Head of Department.
∎ Collect intelligence report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic and hard-working personality.
∎ Must have a good knowledge about technology and online payment systems.
∎ Excellent communication skill, knowledgeable and presentable, also tech savvy.
∎ Should have Positive Attitude
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
